All Are
Related: There is a
Native American saying, which translates roughly to “All are
Related”. Everything in the universe is part of The Great
Spirit, from a rock, to a plant, to a fish, to a human. The spirit
flows between and within us all, and is the building block of
everything. Since we are all part of the same whole, we should
treat the rest of the whole as if it is part of us, i.e. with
compassion and love. We are all part of the Great Spirit, just like
all the different leaves on a tree are still part of the
tree
