This course focuses on the concept of coming of age and a
traditional genre study which includes units on short stories,
poetry, drama, nonfiction, and a novel.

Senior
English
The units in this class introduce and explore literary theories and
multiple perspectives as a way to consider carefully the concept of
truth as it is presented in literature, film, nonfiction texts, and
drama. A cumulative and culminating assignment will require
students to create and defend a research portfolio.
