Roller Coaster Mania!
Check out the
coasters we made in pull-out Challenge. Students had to create a
roller coaster with at least two hills, using only recycled
materials.
Roller Coasters
3rd Grade is learning about the physics of sound.
Vocabulary will include: pitch, volume, frequency, sound waves and
vibration.
4th Grade is studying Magnetism and
Electricity. We are busy finding the properties of magnets,
creating circuits and electro-magnets.
5th Grade will be heading
into the computer lab to do some research and make Windows Movie
Maker Movies based on that research.
Challenge: This month we are studying physics
through roller coasters, airplanes and bridges.
